Licence Agreement for WebCam Recorder

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different licence
agreement signed by Solent Software. By your use of this software
you indicate your acceptance of this licence agreement and
warranty.

You must not attempt to stop the display of advertising.

You may not alter, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer,
duplicate or create a derivative work with the same "look and
feel" or otherwise use the SOFTWARE except as stated in this
agreement.

This SOFTWARE must only be used under the conditions and on
operating systems for which the SOFTWARE was designed.

This software is only available free for evaluation use only. If
you wish to use it beyond a reasonable evaluation period you must

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which WebStripper may
be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Distribution

You may give exact copies of the original unregistered evaluation
version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the
software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic
means. There is no charge for any of the above.

Permission is granted to reproduce the software provided you do not
charge more than a reasonable fee to cover the costs of packaging,
handling and distribution. If you wish to redistribute WebCam
Recorder we ask you to email details to webcam@solentsoftware.com.
